Penalties & enforcement

TRAIGA itself is enforced only by the Texas Attorney General (no private right of action), with civil penalties from $10,000 to $200,000 per violation, but those duties target government and healthcare AI use, not listing photos. For real estate advertising, the Texas Real Estate Commission is the relevant enforcer and can levy administrative penalties of up to $5,000 per violation under the Real Estate License Act.
